For more than 40 years Automatic Heat has provided excellent and timely service for 2 different houses — from an oil-fired hot water heat system at our first location to a gas ducted installation 22 years ago at new construction and then a replacement furnace and thermostat May 2026. Over the years I felt we could depend on their considerate responses to simple maintenance as well as major problems. For particular praise, I’ve enjoyed Jobe the tech, who usually showed up for maintenance or emergencies; he was always pleasant in explaining issues and reminding me to pay attention to what’s needed. I also appreciated the long-time customer credit of $500 that I received on their bid for the replacement units. That discount plus the years of good service led to my decision without looking for other bids.

Our older model ductless system dripped water from the inside unit when running the A/C. Michael didn’t give up until he tried all possibilities and was able to fix the problem. Allie made every effort to get an appointment for us within a few days. We thank Michael and Allie for superb service and getting the AC functioning!
